Rates include both delivery and pickup.
We keep delivery pricing simple and transparent based on your event location and setup requirements.

Minimum Order

$100 minimum (to reserve booking)

Extended Time / Extra Hours - (photobooth rental only)

Attendant Fee $50hr. up to 2hrs
Extra hour: $25hr.

Damage & Replacement

Minor damage: $10–$50
Missing items: per item ($5–$20)
Major damage: full replacement cost


Cleaning

Light cleaning: FREE
Excessive mess: $25–$75


Late Pickup / Delay

Late Pickup $50–$75
Delay $25hr -
Applies when delivery, setup and teardown are delayed due to customer-related wait times or restricted access.

Setup/Teardown

Simple items: FREE
Complex items: (Lighting, Tents, Weddings, A/V Equipment, Photobooths and other Big setups/Installs): $25–$150

We include setup and teardown at no extra cost for most rental items, making your event planning as stress-free as possible.

For rentals that require specialized installation, additional labor, or extended setup time—such as tents, event lighting, party/wedding layouts, Decorations, audiovisual equipment, photo booths, and other large installations—a setup fee may apply.

Specialized Installation Fee: Starting at $50 and based on the size and complexity of the project.

Weather Policy

Reschedule due to weather: No additional charge. All payments will transfer to the rescheduled event date.
Full Cancellation: The reservation deposit will be issued as a raincheck for future use. To view our cancellation policy click here
