Delivery Area

We proudly offer free delivery, pickup, and basic setup within 15 miles of our base location in Deltona.
For locations beyond this range and up to our maximum delivery radius, standard delivery fees apply. If your event address falls outside of our maximum delivery range, a custom delivery quote will be required. Please contact us prior to booking to confirm delivery availability and receive an accurate quote.

We serve much of Volusia and Seminole Counties, including Deltona, DeBary, Orange City, DeLand, Sanford, Lake Mary, New Smyrna Beach, and surrounding areas.

For locations beyond 15 miles, a delivery fee of $3.50 per mile (each way) will apply. Distance is calculated using the most direct route via Google Maps.

We typically travel up to 40 miles. If your event is outside this range, please contact us for a custom quote—we’ll do our best to accommodate your event.

Delivery Scheduling

Deliveries and pickups are scheduled in advance based on availability, route efficiency, and your event timing.

We work closely with each customer to arrange a delivery window that best fits your event.

Delivery availability

Deliveries are primarily scheduled on weekends, with Sunday as our main delivery day. Limited Saturday availability is offered based on schedule.

Weekday deliveries may be available for select events with advance notice.

Please Note:
Specific delivery times are not guaranteed unless a priority delivery upgrade is selected.

Convenience Scheduling Options (If Applicable)

To keep pricing simple and transparent, additional fees only apply when special scheduling is requested:

• Early Delivery (Between 8-9 AM): $35
• After-Hours Delivery (After 6 PM): $40
• Late Night Pickup (After 9 PM): Starting at $50
• Priority / Specific Time Delivery $30

All additional fees will always be confirmed in advance.

Apartments & Stairs

• Ground/first floor: No additional fee
• Upper floors (stairs required): $15 per flight of stairs

To avoid this fee, we can deliver to ground level at no additional cost. A responsible person must be present at the time of delivery to receive the items.

Setup

Basic setup is included with most rentals, bundles, and packages.
Additional setup or custom styling may be available for an extra fee.
