Rental Terms

Thank you for choosing Gather & Celebrate Party Rentals, LLC for your party needs. Before you book with us, we kindly ask that you review our rental terms below, your safety and satisfaction are important to us.

Important Rental Guidelines – Please Read

• Client Responsibilities

  • Client is responsible for all rental items during the rental period.

  • All rental items must be returned clean, dry, and in the same condition they were received.

  • Any damage, loss, or misuse may result in additional charges.

  • No dismantling, reinstalling, or relocating of rental equipment is allowed.

• Usage Restrictions

  • Client agrees not to sublet, loan, or assign the rented equipment to another person or location.

  • Rental items must only be used at the address provided at the time of booking.

  • Equipment may not be moved or relocated without prior approval from Gather & Celebrate Party Rentals.

• Safety

  • Follow all safety instructions provided with equipment.

  • Client agrees to supervise the rented equipment and ensure it is used safely at all times.

  • Keep all equipment away from open flames, water (unless specified), or hazardous conditions.

• Delivery, Pickup and Setup

  • Delivery, pickup and setup are included unless otherwise specified.

  • Free delivery within a 15-mile radius of our location. For distances beyond that, a fee of $3.00 per additional mile will apply.

  • Clients must ensure the delivery location is accessible and clear of obstructions. The client also grants Gather & Celebrate Party Rentals staff the right to access the event property for delivery, setup, and retrieval of all rented equipment.
    

  • Items must not be relocated after setup is completed by a Gather & Celebrate staff.

• Cancellations & Refunds

  • Deposit fee is non-refundable but will be applied towards your full balance.

  • Cancellations made within 3 days of the event are non-refundable. No refunds or credits will be issued. Click here for our CANCELLATIONS/REFUND & RESCHEDULING Policy

  • Weather-related cancellations may be rescheduled, subject to availability.

• Liability & Limitations

  • Gather & Celebrate Party Rentals, LLC is not responsible for injury, damage, or loss due to misuse or unsafe conditions.

  • Not liable for weather conditions, electrical outages, or circumstances beyond our control.

  • Client assumes all responsibility for guest's safe use of rented equipment.

• Insurance and Additional Insureds

  • We carry general liability insurance. If your venue requires to be listed as an Additional Insured, please let us know in advance. Additional fees may apply.
