Thank you for choosing Gather & Celebrate Party Rentals, LLC for your party needs. Before you book with us, we kindly ask that you review our rental terms below, your safety and satisfaction are important to us.

Important Rental Guidelines - Please Read

Client Responsibilities

• Client is responsible for all rental items during the rental period
• All rental items must be returned clean, dry, and in the same condition they were received
• Any damage, loss, or misuse may result in additional charges
• No dismantling, reinstalling, or relocating of rental equipment is allowed

Usage Restrictions

• Rental items may not be sublet, loaned, or assigned to another person or location
• Equipment must only be used at the address provided at the time of booking
• Items may not be moved or relocated without prior approval from Gather & Celebrate Party Rentals

Safety & Severe Weather

• All safety instructions provided with equipment must be followed
• Client is responsible for supervising equipment and ensuring safe use at all times
• Equipment must be kept away from hazardous conditions, including high winds, flooding, and severe weather
• The Company reserves the right to delay, cancel, or adjust setup due to unsafe weather conditions
• Full Hurricane & Severe Weather Policy is outlined in the Rental Agreement

Delivery, Pickup & Setup

• Delivery and pickup times will be scheduled and communicated in advance
• Setup is included for applicable rental items (if offered)
• Client must ensure the setup area is clear, accessible, and safe for installation
• Any delays caused by unsafe or inaccessible setup areas may result in additional fees

Cancellations & Refunds

• Reservation deposit is non-refundable and will be applied toward the total balance
• Cancellations made within 3 days of the event are non-refundable; no refunds or credits will be issued
• Weather-related cancellations may be rescheduled, subject to availability

Liability & Limitations

• Gather & Celebrate Party Rentals, LLC is not responsible for injury, damage, or loss due to misuse or unsafe conditions
• We are not liable for weather conditions, electrical outages, or circumstances beyond our control
• Client assumes full responsibility for the safe use of all rented equipment by guests

Damage Waiver

• Customers may optionally purchase a Damage Waiver for 10% of the total replacement value of rented equipment
• The Damage Waiver is optional and is Not insurance
• If purchased, it may cover certain minor, accidental, and repairable damage during normal use
• Covered damage may include light cosmetic marks, small chips, stains, or minor accessory damage
• The Damage Waiver does not cover loss, theft, misuse, negligence, weather-related damage, or intentional damage
• The Company reserves the sole right to determine eligibility for coverage

Insurance & Additional Insureds

• We carry general liability insurance
• If your venue requires to be listed as an Additional Insured, please notify us in advance
• Additional fees may apply
