Game Rules/Rental Return & Care Instructions

To avoid additional fees, please follow these return guidelines carefully:

During Use

• Use games on safe, stable, and appropriate surfaces.

• Keep all pieces together in one designated area while playing.

• Keep food, drinks, water, and dirt away from game components (especially boards, cards, and electronics).

• Supervise children when necessary.

Before Returning

Please complete ALL of the following:

Clean the Game

• Wipe down all pieces, boards, and equipment.

• Remove dirt, grass, sand, tape, or debris.

• Ensure items are dry before packing (especially water games).

Account for All Pieces

• Count all parts (bags, balls, darts, rings, blocks, cards, tokens, cords, etc.).

• Check inside boxes and around the play area for small pieces.

• Verify all accessories are included.

Pack Properly

• Return items in their original bag, box, or tote.

• Fold, stack, or coil items neatly to prevent damage.

• Do not force items into storage containers. If you are unable to repack them exactly as they were received, please keep all items together, neatly organized, and ready for pickup.”

• Missing pieces may result in replacement fees.

• Damaged items may incur repair costs or up to full replacement value.

• Excessive cleaning required due to dirt, spills, or misuse may result in a cleaning fee.
