Does this item require professional setup?
No. This Buffet Chafing Party Set does not require professional setup. It's designed for easy self-setup. All racks, pans, utensils, and fuel are delivered clean, organized, and ready to use. Instructions are included with each rental.
Who is responsible for setup and use?
The customer is responsible for:

Placing the chafing racks and pans

Adding water to the water pans

Safely lighting and extinguishing the chafing fuel at the time of service
This item is designed for easy, self-setup for buffet-style service.
Is chafing fuel and Pans included?
Yes. This set includes 2-hour safe heat chafing fuel, and aluminum pans which is intended for single-use only and does not need to be returned after the event.
What items must be returned after the event?
Reusable items must be returned in reasonable condition:
Disposable items (fuel cans, aluminum pans) may be discarded after use.
What happens if a reusable item is damaged or missing?
Customers are responsible for any lost or damaged reusable items. Replacement fees may apply as outlined in your rental agreement or damage policy.
Chafing Fuel Safety & Responsibility
By renting this item, the customer assumes full responsibility for the safe use of chafing fuel. Chafing fuel must:

Be used on a stable, level, heat-resistant surface

Be used according to the manufacturer’s safety instructions

Be kept out of reach of children and pets at all times

Can this be rented on its own?
This item is best rented as an add-on with tables, buffet setups, or event packages. Minimum order requirements may apply.
Why is part of this item considered disposable?
To ensure hygiene and convenience, aluminum pans and fuel are provided as disposable items. This allows customers to serve food safely without worrying about cleaning or returning those components.
