Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATIONS/REFUND & RESCHEDULING
We do not issue refunds for unused rental items or canceled bookings. If you cancel your rental or weather conditions prevent setup, your payment
(excluding the non-refundable deposit) will be held as a Raincheck. This Raincheck is valid for 1 year, starting the day after your original event date,
and can be applied toward any future event. If your original rental items are unavailable on the new date, comparable items will be substituted. Customers have
up to 7 days from the original event date to reschedule. After that, any remaining balance will be converted to an In-Store Credit, also valid for 1 year.
If you cancel within the 7 days prior to your event, your payment (minus the non-refundable deposit) will be held as a Raincheck for future use.
If you cancel more than 7 days before your event, you may choose either a full refund of your balance (excluding the deposit) or have the
full balance (minus the deposit) placed on a raincheck for a future event. If cancellation occurs within 3 days of delivery or if rental items have already
been loaded for delivery or has been delivered, no refund or credit will be issued.
Below shows how much is refunded if canceled within a certain number of days leading to your event

Deposit: The deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.

7+ days before event: Remaining balance is 75% refundable.

4–6 days before event: Remaining balance is 50% refundable.

Within 3 days of event: No refunds or credits will be issued.
Cancelaciones/Reembolsos y reprogramaciones
No se emiten reembolsos por artículos rentados que no se usen ni por reservas canceladas. Si cancelas tu renta o las condiciones climáticas impiden la instalación, tu pago (excluyendo el depósito no reembolsable) se guardará como un Crédito por Lluvia (Raincheck). Este crédito es válido por 1 año a partir del día siguiente a la fecha original del evento y puede aplicarse a cualquier evento futuro. Si los artículos originales no están disponibles en la nueva fecha, se sustituirán por artículos comparables. Los clientes tienen hasta 7 días después de la fecha original del evento para reprogramar. Después de ese plazo, cualquier saldo restante se convertirá en un Crédito en Tienda, también válido por 1 año.
Si cancelas dentro de los 7 días previos a tu evento, tu pago (menos el depósito no reembolsable) se guardará como Crédito por Lluvia para uso futuro.
Si cancelas con más de 7 días de anticipación, puedes elegir entre un reembolso completo del saldo (excluyendo el depósito no reembolsable) o que el saldo completo (menos el depósito no reembolsable ) se aplique como Crédito por Lluvia para un evento futuro.
Si la cancelación ocurre dentro 3 días antes de la entrega, o si los artículos ya han sido cargados para la entrega o entregados, no se emitirá ningún reembolso ni crédito.
A continuación se muestra cuánto se reembolsa si la cancelación se realiza dentro de un cierto número de días antes de su evento.
- Depósito: El depósito es no reembolsable bajo ninguna circunstancia.
- 7 o más días antes del evento: El saldo restante es reembolsable en un 75%.
- Entre 4 y 6 días antes del evento: El saldo restante es reembolsable en un 50%.
- Dentro de los 3 días previos al evento: No se emitirán reembolsos ni créditos.
