CANCELLATIONS/REFUND & RESCHEDULING

We do not issue refunds for unused rental items. If you cancel your event or if weather conditions prevent setup, your payment (excluding the non-refundable reservation deposit) will be issued as a raincheck.

This raincheck is valid for 1 year, beginning the day after your original scheduled event date, and may be applied toward any future event booking. If your original rental items are not available on the new date, comparable items of equal value will be provided as substitutes.

Customers may reschedule their event up to 7 days after the original event date. After this 7-day period, any remaining balance will be converted into an in-store credit, also valid for 1 year from the original event date.

If you cancel within 7 days of your scheduled event, your payment (excluding the non-refundable reservation deposit) will be issued as a raincheck for future use.

If you cancel more than 7 days before your event, you may choose either:

• A refund of your eligible balance (excluding the non-refundable reservation deposit), or
• A raincheck for the full eligible balance (excluding the reservation deposit) to be used toward a future event.

If cancellation occurs within 3 days of the event, or if rental items have already been loaded for delivery or delivered, no refunds or credits will be issued.

Cancellation Refund Schedule

• Reservation Deposit: Non-refundable once paid
• 7 or more days before event: 75% of remaining balance is refundable
• 4–6 days before event: 50% of remaining balance is refundable
• Within 3 days of event: No refunds or credits will be issued

CANCELACIONES / REEMBOLSOS Y REPROGRAMACIONES

No emitimos reembolsos por artículos de renta no utilizados. Si cancela su evento o si las condiciones climáticas impiden la instalación, su pago (excluyendo el depósito de reserva no reembolsable) será emitido como un “raincheck” (crédito para uso futuro).

Este raincheck tiene una validez de 1 año, a partir del día siguiente a la fecha original de su evento programado, y puede aplicarse a cualquier futura reserva. Si los artículos originales no están disponibles en la nueva fecha, se proporcionarán artículos similares de igual valor como sustitución.

Los clientes pueden reprogramar su evento hasta 7 días después de la fecha original del evento. Después de este período de 7 días, cualquier saldo restante se convertirá en un crédito en tienda, también válido por 1 año a partir de la fecha original del evento.

Si cancela dentro de los 7 días previos a su evento programado, su pago (excluyendo el depósito de reserva no reembolsable) será emitido como un raincheck para uso futuro.

Si cancela con más de 7 días de anticipación a su evento, podrá elegir entre:

• Un reembolso del saldo elegible (excluyendo el depósito de reserva no reembolsable), o
• Un raincheck por el saldo total elegible (excluyendo el depósito de reserva) para ser utilizado en un evento futuro.

Si la cancelación ocurre dentro de los 3 días previos al evento, o si los artículos de renta ya han sido cargados para la entrega o entregados, no se emitirán reembolsos ni créditos.

Calendario de Reembolsos por Cancelación

• Depósito de reserva: No reembolsable una vez pagado
• 7 o más días antes del evento: 75% del saldo restante es reembolsable
• 4–6 días antes del evento: 50% del saldo restante es reembolsable
• Dentro de los 3 días previos al evento: No se emitirán reembolsos ni créditos
