Balloon Setup & Delivery Service

Need balloons for your event but don’t want the hassle of inflating them yourself? We’ve got you covered! Our balloon setup service includes inflating your balloons

(air only, no helium) and delivering them a day before or on the day of your event —ready to go!

How It Works

You have two simple options:

1. You buy the balloons – We’ll pick them up and inflate them for you.

2. We buy them for you – Just tell us what you want (we can get store-bought pre-designed balloons or balloons that come in a bag).

Once the balloons are ready, we’ll deliver them to your event location, so all you need to do is enjoy!

Fees

Inflation Fee:Starting at $1.00 per balloon (may vary by size and type)

Setup (optional):Starting at $35, depending on design complexity and location setup needs.

Pickup Fee (optional):$15 within 10 miles; $2 per mile beyond

Delivery Fee: $25 within 10 miles; $2 per mile beyond

Rush Orders (under 24 hrs. notice):+$10 rush fee

Note: We only offer air-filled balloons, not helium. However, we can pick up helium filled balloons at your local party supply retailer.

FAQs

Do you provide helium balloons?
No, we only offer air-filled balloon inflation. These are perfect for arches, garlands, table décor, and floor setups.

Can I use balloons I bought from the store?
Yes! We’ll inflate balloons you purchased—just give them to us ahead of time or request pickup.

Can you buy the balloons for me?
Absolutely. Just let us know the type, color, or design you want, and we’ll handle the rest.

How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 3–5 days in advance, especially for large orders.

What happens if a balloon pops or deflates?
We do our best to deliver quality inflations, but once delivered, balloon lifespan can be affected by heat, weather, or handling. Please store them indoors until event time.

Note: All balloons will be delivered in a tear-resistant plastic and waterproof transporting bag at the day of your event or a day before if you prefer, just let us know. We also charge $3.50 for each bag if you would like to keep it. The bag has multiple uses and is not just for balloons.
